Who We Are & How We Can Help

Picture

Lovely to Meet You

It's lovely to meet you (albeit via the web), and I look forward to hopefully meeting you in person in the near future. My name is Kaylee Rutchik, LCSW and I am a psychotherapist and yoga therapist in New York City.   A little about me:

Providing both Psychotherapy and Yoga Therapy, I favor a holistic, person-centered approach to enhance your spiritual, mental and  physical well-being. Using the ancient tools of Yoga coupled with other evidenced-based strategies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
and Motivational Interviewing, I design each session specifically for you. Whether you're looking for traditional talk therapy, yoga therapy and/or wellness skills, I'm here to help you explore and find what helps you to be your best self.

I would be honored to be a part of your remarkable journey of transformation.

Training History

With the desire to meet the diverse needs of clients, I am committed to continuously learning, receiving formal training in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trial Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Integrative Yoga Therapy, and LovingKindness (Metta) Meditation amongst many others.
